City of Tulare, California

The Situation:
In August of 2008, EnviroTech Systems Inc. (EnviroESI^®) contracted with the City of Tulare, California to perform a field demonstration project for the use of the Static Granular Bed Reactor (SGBR) at the City of Tulare municipal wastewater treatment facility.

The Opportunity:
Currently, there are eight million gallons of industrial waste being discharged at the wastewater treatment facility. The City of Tulare and EnviroESI are testing the pilot SGBR for the treatment of the industrial waste streams that need to be treated at the facility.

During the six-month project. EnviroESI personnel will be onsite to conduct testing and analysis. The goal of the project is to successfully demonstrate the use of the SGBR for the treatment of the eight million gallons of industrial wastewater at the City of Tulare’s municipal wastewater treatment facility.
