In 2004, EnviroESI® President and CEO, Michael Lally founded EnviroTech Systems, Inc. Since that time, the company has dedicated its resources to the reduction and removal of pollutants in liquid and gas phase waste streams for all types of industry concerned with air, water and soil quality issues under present environmental regulations set by local, state and federal agencies.
In the U.S., billions of dollars are spent annually to purchase materials for environmental engineering projects, which may be replaced by EnviroESI’s products and services. The success in the biological and the physicochemical-based applications of EnviroESI’s proprietary materials will not only reduce costs of many environmental engineering projects but also save precious materials for other industries, which is vital to sustain development of modern society.
We selected two known process methods to evaluate the physical and chemical properties of our proprietary material and its multifunctional capabilities, which can be processed as high-value environmental engineering materials to treat wastewater and control air pollution using physicochemical processes.
As wastewater treatment materials, they can be used to control odor, remove color, heavy metals, turbidity and chemical oxygen demand. As air pollution control agents they are excellent candidates for absorption of inorganic and organic substances in different waste gas streams generated domestically and internationally.
Over the past five years, scientists in environmental engineering from three universities have researched, analyzed and bench scale tested the technologies being developed by EnviroESI. Data has been collected and analyzed to validate these technologies. Development efforts are focused on applications of its technology that are readily scalable and resource efficient.
